I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Very detailed information on all accounts. Just wish the app didn't require a tap on retirement funds and just went back to show the daily account value. Now you have to click out of the retirement amount that brings up the starting page of all funds and scroll down until you reach the final DOW points +/- and DOW closing points. But still this is a Great Phone app!

I've been using it for years and really like the application. I just got a new update I'm running a Samsung s23 with Androids 10 + operating on the system and now I get an error message asking me to update it. I've been trying for 2 days to get it to update. Today I'm still without access.

We prevent our app from being used on unsupported operating systems to help protect our clients' information. You can update your S23 to Android 13 or higher to continue using the app.
