horrible! we put our information correctly, but somehow the names got switched around when I receiver tried to pick up. we tried to correct the names three times in the app. but it kept getting switched back incorrectly. they refunded our money without our permission, and now they're holding it for 7 days. this app is a mess, try some other company. thanks for keeping our money Western Union so you can make interest on it. great way to get new customers

I got this app to send money quickly without having to wait in lines at the store. Unfortunately it only worked a few times. After that it would say the money would be there in minutes but once I paid it would change to say it would take 3 days. After the 3 days it would either cancel or refund the money. Which is good because I wouldn't lose the money but it also never made it to my family members. I reached out to them asking why this kept happening but all they did was track my order.

Really hard experience to go through. Very frustrating, every time I left the screen, like to check a verification number sent to text, the app would take me back to the log-in screen and take forever to get me back to where I was. And sometimes not even there but take me to what I've already done. Never been so infuriating with an app. 1 stars, cause it got the money to where it needed to be, FINALLY!
