I enjoy this style of game and see the potential in this app. That's why I've continued playing this game for a number of months despite multiple updates that significantly nerfed some of my favorite characters, etc. However, when I go to bed with tens of thousands of diamonds (in-game currency that usually must be purchased, outside of limited f2p opportunities) and I wake up with ZERO, 😱 that's too far. I received no notice of explanation and no reimbursement for these items. UNACCEPTABLE.

love the game but the connection issues and network errors are seriously a problem. multiple phones multiple wifi providers and this is still an issue. game would be S tier 5/5 star game without these issues. even when mid game you get the "Unstable network please restart game" message. which sometimes fixes the ungodly amount of lag but this is super frustrating. 99% of real players and myself included have this problem. please fix this. posted on October 27 2025. great game otherwise! thanks!!

It was fun... until it repeatedly glitched. We played all the way to the final level on Normal difficulty, and three times in a row, the game instantly killed us—even though no enemies escaped. The last time we had full life, and the end-of-game stats even confirmed zero escapes. It's incredibly frustrating to lose due to a bug, especially after spending so much time progressing through the game. It completely ruined the experience, and now it feels pointless to keep playing until fixed!
