This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come , you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes — if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don’t accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage.

Extremely poor app. The activity pro system totally ridiculous. if by any chance you forget to go offline from the app and phone is away from you the app will keep getting bookings without knowing person is not responding and it will not go offline automatically unless you dont do manually. Your whole activity level will be destroyed then forget recovery from yango. Because once your level dropped yango will not give any booking even for whole year. Like they did to me

This app is a disadvantage to the drivers especially in Botswana where petrol is expensive and the roads are not in good condition, the prices are far to low and at the end of the day not even enough for fuel. It doesn't cater for multiple passengers and now people are taking advantage of this that is with 1 request u can have 4 passengers in the car and only 1 is paying for the ride, the prices needs to be adjusted in Botswana as soon as possible
